OuR Work With WAES
The West African Economic Summit, held in June 2025, was a pioneering initiative that brought together presidents, industry leaders, and key stakeholders from across West Africa and around the world. GGSF played a pivotal role in organizing and structuring the program, ensuring that every segment of the two-day summit was executed with professionalism and excellence.
Our Work With NAtional Assembly library trust fund
GGSF served as the Project Manager during the implementation phase of the National Apprenticeship and Learnership Training Framework (NALTF), providing full-spectrum project management leadership to ensure the programme’s successful rollout.
In this role, we established clear project goals, milestones, and delivery schedules, ensuring that every component of the framework progressed in alignment with the national implementation strategy. We developed and managed resource plans, maintained strict budget discipline, and ensured all deliverables were completed on time and to standard.
Our team introduced structured project management methodologies, trained project teams, and provided continuous operational support strengthening the capacity of stakeholders involved in the rollout. We oversaw the onboarding of specialized consultants, coordinated their workstreams, and monitored timelines and deliverables to maintain cohesion across the entire project.


OuR Work With House Commitee on Solid Minerals
GGSF successfully served as the Legislative Consultant to the 10th House of Representatives Committee on Solid Minerals, delivering end-to-end strategic and operational support. Our team guided the Committee in setting clear policy goals, developing research and legislative documents, and establishing a structured programme management framework that kept every moving part aligned. We coordinated and onboarded specialized consultants, supervised their timelines and outputs, and proactively managed risks throughout the engagement. In addition, we trained project teams, resolved operational challenges, and provided the Committee Chairman and members with regular progress reports. The result was a smooth, well-organized legislative support system that ensured every deliverable was met with precision and professionalism.
